Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Peeklet mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App.
• Distribute, lease, or sub-license the App to third parties.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.

3. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The color blindness simulations, Ishihara plate tests, and corrective lens previews provided in Peeklet are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional ophthalmology or medical diagnostics, and should not be used as a substitute for professional eye examinations or treatments.

4. Intellectual Property

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the App (including but not limited to designs, layouts, graphics, source code, and algorithms) belong to the developer, Aman Singh.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
